Important Reservation Information

We will contact you 2 days prior to your event to Coordinate delivery/pick up date and times.

Inflatable Reservations are TWO day rentals.

All other rentals are One Day rentals.

All reservations require a deposit or payment in full. The Items WILL NOT be reserved until your deposit is paid. Any  Cancellations for any reason including weather your deposit may be  applied for a future date or may be refunded depending on the circumstances. Rentals must be paid in Cash Venmo or Zelle  at delivery, not at pick up.

Free delivery for the following areas

Meadow Woods, Hunters Creek, Southchase, Kissimmee, St Cloud, Lake Nona.

Delivery fee’s are applied to Party Rentals.

Certificate of Liability Insurance can be provide upon request 

We know that the weather here can be unpredictable and very harsh at  times. We don't want to run the risk of injury to the children or damage  to our equipment. So our policy is very simple. If you cancel for any  reason before we deliver and setup, we will use your deposit towards a  future event. (Hopefully you will try to reschedule and we will do our  best to accommodate the request). However once we deliver and setup the product, no refund is available. There is also risk in high wind  situations. Although it does not happen often, there are times when we  will have to decline setup if we feel it would be unsafe to use the  equipment. Winds in excess of 10-15 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.

Contactless Deliveries are preferred.

Delivery will take 30-45 minutes. Please keep children inside while we set up sanitize and anchor the inflatable. 

Please have the area where you'd like the inflatable placed cleared and cleared of any dog feces.

Extension cord is included. Most inflatable blowers require a 15 Amp Outlet.

Adult  supervision required at all times. 

No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum,  candy, markers, crayons, pens, toys or drinks. No wrestling or fighting.  No Silly String or Confetti

Silly String and Confetti Cause damages to our inflatables. 

If Thundering and Lightning occurs the inflatable should be turned off and unplugged for safety.
